After some pretty disappointing experiences at the dealership, I took my EV here to get a checkup/routine maintenance and new tires. It's a 2016 Spark, which is kinda niche since there weren't many of them made; the Chevy dealer kinda treated it like an inconvenient curiosity...

I cannot say enough good things about Earthling - the shop is clean and organized, with a super comfortable waiting area (I was there for 3 hours since I decided to wait... Coffee and WiFi!). Wonderful communication by text pre and post appointment. They stand by their work, explained everything that needed to be done and why, and never seemed annoyed by questions or too rushed to give thoughtful answers…

They have perfected the "no hassle, no b.s." type of service that dealerships should take note of! You can see the estimate the night before, approve it, check in the day of service, know what to expect, get the work done, be NOTIFIED when it's done, PAY before you pick it up....when you arrive to get your vehicle, they go over everything, ask if you have any questions, hand you your keys and away you go!

“I called and was helped immediately. I was given an appt for the next day and texted updates about my appt. I brought my car in and was given details on the work to be done to estimate what the repair and cost would be. Luckily enough they had the parts I needed and they were WAY more affordable than what the dealer costs were! Thank goodness.
